OpTecBB Delegation Trip to Taiwan

Zusammenfassung

Taiwan is the world's largestmanufacturer of semiconductor chips. This means that the demands on advancedpackaging, hybrid integration, and the combination with photonic communicationwithin the package are enormous. This is precisely where we want to take a lookat the ecosystem in Taiwan, present solutions from Berlin, and promote evencloser cooperation between Berlin and Taiwan. The anchor event will be a visitto SEMICON Taiwan.
