Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the work of the “Quality Control” department – incoming, in-process, and outgoing control;
• Plan and assign tasks to the team members and monitor their execution;
• Develop and approve work instructions and procedures for the control of mechanical parts;
• Analyze non-conformities identified during control and propose corrective and preventive measures;
• Work with measuring tools – calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.;
• Understand and use the operating principles of a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and measuring microscope;
• Maintain communication with production and technical teams to ensure high and consistent product quality;

Requirements:

• Engineering degree – mechanical engineering or similar technical field;
• Experience in manufacturing mechanical parts and quality control;
• Excellent knowledge of measuring tools and control methods;
• Experience with CMM and optical measurements – an advantage;
• Good proficiency in English – for reading technical documentation and communication;
• Analytical approach, responsibility, and ability to work in a team;
• Motivation to make a real impact on processes and product quality;
