Ihr Aufgabengebiet:


  • Striving to achieve the goals aligned within the business sector Semiconductor
  • Developing and expanding our market position – drive our growth strategy in the Semiconductor sector
  • Establish and build a network in the semiconductor industry incl. setting-up collaborations with institutes, Universities and organizations
  • Executing our sales strategy
  • Supporting and working close together with the Head of the BU, Product Management and Product Development of all 4P’s marketing activities incl. PLC
  • Constantly monitoring market developments and trends and assuring input in the organization (e.g. Product Management, R&D)

Ihr Profil:

Required qualifications 

  • International sales experience
  • Ideally proven track record of successful business development, revenue increase and gain of market share
  • Good network in the Semiconductor industry
  • Expertise in vacuum and thin film technology
  • Ideally expert knowledge of PVD, PECVD or ALD
  • Strong understanding of processing high technology and the Semiconductor market
  • Business fluent in English and good knowledge of German
  • Trustworthy, convincing and loyal person with a high goal orientation
  • Excellent communicator with professional representation skills
  • Strong customer and market focus and willing to go the extra mile
  • Good networker and easy to build-up relationships with customers, partners and peers
