Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Toxicological risk assessments according to ISO 10993-17
  • Planning and executing preclinical studies (physicochemical, in vitro and in vivo)
  • Analyzing test report data and compiling it into comprehensive reports
  • Creation of reports in regulatory conforming language
  • Interactions with laboratories and regulatory authorities
  • Working closely with other departments and stakeholders

Ihr Profil:

  • Degree in chemistry, biology, or science, preferably holding a PhD degree
  • More than 3 years experience in biocompatibility or preclinical testing
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 10993 standards, Medical Device Regulation ((MDR) 2017/745)  and medical devices
  • Knowledge in analytical methods: physicochemical testing (e.g. chromatography, mass spectrometry, extraction studies) and biological testing (in vitro & in vivo tests) and software such as Toxtree, QSAR Toolbox etc.
  • Ideally, experience in international regulatory submissions
  • Experience in writing scientific literature with corresponding literature research
  • Fluent in German and English and MS Office skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • Flexibility
  • Good communication skills with team and other departments is advantageous
  • Capable of working independently and in an organized and structured way
