The OptecNet Start-up Challenge is the only photonics contest for newly founded companies in German-speaking countries. With this challenge OptecNet supports start-ups that are successfully entering the market.
The Start-up Challenge helps to promote young companies and to publicize their business ideas. The platform used for this purpose is OPTATEC (June 7-9, 2016), the well-established Frankfurt trade show that attracts a broad and international specialized audience. This is where the company founders can present their ideas in the form of short presentations. The most convincing presentation is awarded 10,000 euro prize money. All finalists win a free year of membership in one of the regional innovation networks.
