We support our regional innovation networks and their members in establishing international contacts and business relations, e.g. by organizing partnering events, delegation trips and joint stands at trade shows abroad.

Job exchange:

• We host the only industry-specific job exchange for the photonics sector in Germany. Our members can publish their job offers on our homepage free of charge.
• At domestic fairs we provide job boards and information about career opportunities.

Nationwide PR for optical technologies:

We do marketing and PR for Germany as a photonics location.

Our presence at trade fairs and congresses:

• Joint stands at domestic fairs such as Optatec and LASER World of Photonics
• Support of national fair stands at foreign trade shows (i.e. Photonics West in San Francisco, LASER World of Photonics China and India, Photonics in Moskau).

Technology transfer and innovation promotion:

• Events and specialist conferences with experts from industry and science
• New methods of identifying and implementing new ideas with our 'Open Innovation' initiative
• Fast and efficient transfer of  know-how and research findings to companies

Promotion of young talents:

Initiating projects and sponsorships between schools and companies or research institutes.
