Dr. Schindler earned his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from the RWTH Aachen and he has worked in microelectronics, semiconductors and terahertz spectroscopy. He brings already 10 years of manufacturing experience acquired at a world-renowned manufacturer of high precision industrial measurement devices. At TOPTICA, Dr. Schindler is challenged to guide the company to a new level of volume manufacturing competency, introducing modern production and planning tools and processes.
